The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 60 cm induction hob, oven and refrigerator/freezer, kettle and coffee maker.

The downstairs toilet is located in the hall.

On the ground floor, immediately to the right upon entering, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom.
It features a 160 cm double box spring bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and sink.

Via the beautiful wooden staircase with ingenious LED lighting, you reach the first floor.
Immediately to the left, there is a charming play corner for the little ones.
