Entrance
​
Via a steep forest path, you reach the villa located at the edge of the Durbuy Golf Course. To the right, there is parking space for three cars. On the left, a stone staircase leads to the front yard where the entrance door is located. From the front, the villa may not seem that big, but appearances can be deceiving.

The hallway
​
The hallway is actually located on the first floor. Through sliding doors, you enter a breathtaking space with a spiral staircase leading downstairs to the living room, dining area, kitchen, and sauna.
​

Living
​
The staircase leads down to the living room, where a large sofa and armchairs are arranged around the pellet stove. By the large windows that open to the outdoor terrace, there's a chaise longue. A smart TV and DVD player are also available.
​

Diningroom
​
The dining table with seating for 8 people is also located in the same large open space.
​
​
Kitchen
​
The open kitchen is in contact with the dining area. The island shape with bar is ideal for cooking and enjoying together. Fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
Nespresso, filter coffee machine and kettle available.

Sauna / Bathroom 1
​
On the ground floor the infrared sauna suitable for approximately 3 people. This room has a shower and sink and is also used as a bathroom for bedroom 2

Vide
​
The impressive loft provides access to the two bedrooms on this floor. A reading corner has also been created with an artistic sofa as an eye-catcher.

Bedroom 1

Spacious bedroom in natural tones with a double bed (180 cm) and two single duvets. A built-in wardrobe is provided for your clothing.
This room shares the sauna bathroom located on the ground floor.

Terrace with beautiful views over the valley and the golf course. Beautiful dining table, relaxing armchairs and BBQ are ready for sultry summer evenings.

Hottub
​
In this villa, you are guaranteed a wonderful stay, with the hot tub as the cherry on top. Fill it with fresh water, then start heating it up. A few hours later, the water will reach a temperature of around 37 degrees.
​
Swimming pool
​
During the season, the heated swimming pool of the golf residence is freely accessible to guests of this villa. It is located 200 meters from the villa and is exclusively used by renters of the villas and apartments within the small-scale residence.
