Entrance
Opposite the Château de Ronzon is a summer residence that was once used for tennis. Through the gate, you will immediately recognize the outline of the charming little house.
You enter through the French doors, with the staircase to the left, and on the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, living area, and a downstairs bedroom.

The kitchen includes a work area with a sink, and opposite it, a very extensive luxury 7-burner Belling stove. Next to the work area is an SMEG refrigerator.
The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, Senseo and Nespresso machines, a kettle, and a combination microwave.
Living
There is a large wooden dining table with 4 comfortable armchairs against the stove.
Adjacent is the coziest spot in the house, the conservatory, with cognac-colored Chesterfields surrounding a beautiful wood-burning stove.
At the rear of the dining table there is a chaise longue for a lovely reading spot with a view of nature...
Bedroom 1
On the ground floor, there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. From the bed, you can look through the large windows at the surrounding trees. Who wouldn’t want to wake up to this view!
The room also features a built-in wardrobe for your clothes and shoes.
Toilet
Adjacent to the bedroom is the toilet on the ground floor.
Handy for someone who has difficulty walking.
Bedroom 2
On the first floor, immediately to the right of the stairs, is a romantic and spacious bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The arched dormer windows give the bedroom a unique charm.
Opposite the bed, there is a dresser and a wooden clothes rack.
Bathroom
On the first floor, immediately to the left of the stairs, is the bathroom with a shower and sink..
Toilet
On the 1st floor you have your own toilet.
Garden
The holiday home has a spacious garden. Various seating areas are set up here and there to enjoy the sun everywhere.
There is a beautiful BBQ so that you can enjoy wonderful long evenings outside if the weather permits.
Finally, a real campfire can be lit in the large stone circle. Gather wood, add marshmallows...
Parking
On the left side of the garden, there is a gravel path with parking spaces for two cars..
